What's the difference between a Site Credit and Pro?

A Site Credit is a one-time $15 purchase for a single full-resolution export of one area — perfect if you just need one site for a project. Pro is a $35/month subscription with unlimited standard extracts plus model import, video export, and every new report as it ships.

What can I do for free?

Everything about exploring: the full 3D planet, every map style, contour lines with altitude labels, city and peak labels, and the mobile experience. You can also export small areas (up to 1 km²) as watermarked OBJ. The map itself is always free.

What formats do exports come in?

OBJ with texture, STL, and DXF — all in true meters, Z-up, and georeferenced, so they drop straight into Rhino, SketchUp, Blender, AutoCAD, or a 3D-print slicer.

Can I use the models commercially?

Yes. Exported models can be used in your own projects, including commercial ones. Attribution notices for the underlying open data travel inside the file headers — keep them where the licenses require it. See the Terms.

How do I cancel, and what about refunds?

Cancel Pro anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. If something's wrong with a purchase, we offer refunds within 14 days — see the Refund policy.

Do I need an account?

Not for exploring or small free exports. For a Site Credit or Pro you sign in with Google so your purchase and downloads stay tied to you.
