Geo Hypso ("the Service", available at geohypso.com) is operated by a sole proprietorship registered in Türkiye ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
Geo Hypso is a browser-based 3D terrain explorer built on open geographic data. It offers free exploration features and paid features such as high-resolution terrain model exports and, in the future, site-analysis reports and subscriptions.
Some features require signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or violate these terms.
Paid features are sold through our merchant of record, Paddle, which handles payment processing, applicable taxes, and billing support. Prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period. See our refund policy.
Terrain models, textures, and reports you export may be used in your own projects, including commercial ones. Exports are derived from third-party data sources (including elevation data by Mapzen/AWS Terrain Tiles, map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, imagery and basemaps from their respective providers); attribution notices embedded in exported files must be preserved where those licenses require it. You may not resell raw exports as a competing data service.
You agree not to scrape, bulk-download, or programmatically hammer the Service or its upstream data providers, and not to interfere with the operation of the Service.
The Service visualises third-party geographic data that may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Terrain models, elevations, and any analysis outputs are provided for informational and preliminary-design purposes only and are not a substitute for professional surveys, engineering assessments, or official hazard studies. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update the Service and these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
